We provide a wide selection of delicious cakes, each with its unique theme and flavour. Our cakes can be customized to your liking and occasion, from birthdays and weddings to anniversaries and special events.
Choose from our beer-themed cakes, Peppa Pig-themed cakes, unicorns, and many other varieties. We guarantee that your cake will be the talk of the town!
You can order a cake on our website by selecting your desired cake. Proceed to fill in your contact and delivery details, and confirm your order. Once we’ve received your purchased receipt, we’ll contact you shortly after via phone or email to discuss your requirements and reserve a delivery slot.
Alternatively, you can talk to us directly via live chat, email, phone or our social media accounts. We’re always willing to answer your questions and help you find a cake design that you love.
Just note that you’ll be required to make a 50% deposit before your order is confirmed. The remaining balance will be collected on the day of delivery.
We accept Gcash and bank transfers from BPI, BDO and Metrobank. If you don’t have access to any of these, please contact us and we can discuss other payment options.
We recommend placing your order at least two days in advance. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders depending on our availability.
Yes, you can request a specific design or decoration for your cake. We love working with our customers to create unique and personalized designs.
If you can’t find a cake you like in our gallery, you can send us your preferred design for us to emulate.
The cost of this cake will depend on the size, design, it’s complexity. We will then provide you with a quote once we have more information about your specific request.
The number of people a cake serves depends on the size and shape of the cake. We can provide you with guidance on the size of the cake based on the number of people you need to serve.
Cake Indulge do not deliver cakes, however, we offer pick-up services in our main Quezon City studio. For delivery, we can book a third-party service like Lalamove or Grabexpress to ensure your cakes arrive safe and sound. Clients are then required to pay for the courier service fee.
Yes, we can accommodate special dietary needs. Please let us know your specific requirements when placing your order.
You can pay for your customized cake via credit card or cash. Payment is due upon pickup or delivery.
We require at least 48-72 hours’ notice for cancellations. We will then return your 50% deposit back to your bank or Gcash account.
Yes, we deliver outside of Metro Manila, however, it depends on the availability of third-party delivery services.
Just note that fees for out-of-town deliveries may be higher than usual. If you’re interested in having your orders delivered to a specific area, please contact us to know more details.
Yes, you can order cupcakes in addition to a customized cake. Please contact us directly if you wish to add cupcakes to your order.
