Terms and Conditions

  1. Consultation and Design:
  • Cake Indulge Manila offers a personalized cake design consultation to ensure that your custom cake meets your expectations.
  • During the consultation, we will discuss the details of your design concept, review sketches or photos for inspiration, and provide an accurate quote for the custom cake.
  • If you choose to order one of our existing cake designs, we will proceed with the order after confirmation from you.
  1. Quotation and Payment:
  • After the consultation, we will provide a quote for the custom cake.
  • Once you have accepted the quote and finalized your design, we will book you in and reserve a date for your order.
  • You will be required to make a 50% deposit to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
  1. Baking and Delivery:
  • We will start the baking process for your custom cake once the reservation is confirmed and the deposit is received.
  • On the delivery day, we will book a third-party delivery service (Lalamove or Grabexpress) to safely deliver your cake to the designated location.
  • If you are unable to collect the cake at our studio in Quezon City, we will organise the delivery for you.
  1. Refunds and Cancellations:
  • If you cancel your order, we will provide a full refund if you do so more than 72 hours before the reserved date.
  • If you cancel your order within 72 hours of the reserved date, we will not be able to provide a refund.
  • In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will provide a full refund.
  1. Responsibility:
  • Cake Indulge Manila takes full responsibility for the safe delivery of your cake. In the event that the cake is damaged during delivery, we will replace it or provide a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss to the cake after it has been delivered.
